User Experience Designer, November 2020 to November 2023

• Solely responsible for designing and building an online experience for all members and potential members of the Dell Technologies HPC Community.

• I researched and identified stakeholder goals of creating a space for HPC and AI thought leadership and event management for NDA-protected clients as well as a public space to inspire community growth and customer acquisition.

• Conducted user research, gathered business requirements, and translated them into actionable user stories, mockups, and wireframes building a platform that recruited and organized over 1,400 users allowing Dell access to their customer insights in the HPC and AI space, thus improving customer relationships and projects.

• Increased the community audience by 103% in the first year, and 73% in the second year.

Austin AI Alliance
User Experience Designer, April 2024 to Present

• Align UX principles with organizational goals to ensure ethical and inclusive AI Alliance principles. Manage cross-functional initiatives including membership management, financial tracking, and fostering community engagement.

• Designed an intuitive, user-centered member purchasing experience to maintain and recruit new members.

• Assist in Alliance operations to improve efficiency, collaboration, and strategic execution across committees and the board of directors.

Austin Forum on Technology & Society
User Experience Designer, November 2020 to Present

• Through user research, prototyping, and testing I implemented a website redesign to align the client's goal of increased event registration and attendance with a simple and intuitive user experience increasing event registration by 512% and event turnout by 25%.

• Maintain and iterate the current website to align with client goals and an optimal user experience.

• Using information architecture and content auditing I designed a space for hosting the Austin Forum Upload podcast, as well as a complete and accessible archive of over 270 events.

Vizias
User Experience Designer, November 2020 to Present

• Lead designer managing the digital experience on several contracts including Dell Technologies, Austin AI Initiative, and the Austin Forum on Technology & Society resulting in the acquisition of several enterprise clients.

• Organize all digital assets for each client, maintain design systems, and deliver data to the Vizias team to assess upcoming projects and partnerships.

• Manage communications regarding our clients' digital experiences, providing prompt solutions and transparency in the design process.

• Completed 400+ hours of the UX Design Immersive, practicing all skills in UX and UI. Delivered five custom client projects from start to finish in 10 weeks including improving Austin's public transportation app, CapMetro.

Product Design, Supply Chain, March 2017 to August 2018

• Analyzed the efficiency of the supply chain team’s workflow with user flow maps and information architecture. Designed automated purchase order workflows improving the error-free rate from 95% to 99%. 

• As a project manager, I successfully managed a rotation of 60+ custom client projects from design to delivery. I worked cross-functionally with packaging designers, product designers, and manufacturers to produce custom packaging solutions for clients

• Managed purchasing and logistics with 20+ manufacturing partners to design, produce, and deliver custom packaging solutions for clients. I produced and managed invoices, purchase orders, RFQs, and BoLs.
